More than 80 people attended the 2018 Lancaster County Democratic Party Chili
Cook off on Dec. 9 (2018) and raised $2,563.
Democratic candidates were invited to prepare a crockpot of chili to win best
chili bragging rights, and more than 20 chefs competed.Lincoln mayoral candidate Jeff Kirkpatrick took first place. Second place went to Lower Platte South NRD board member-elect Tom Green and third to County Treasurer-elect Rachel Garver. Congratulations!
